THE FLORA
Wattle and eucalyptus – both icons of Australian native flora – thrive profusely in the
rustic environment of the Southern Tablelands. Beewell Natural Australian Honey is
collected from the nectar-rich flowers of wattle, the blooms of a range of eucalypt
species unique to Australia, and other wild native flora.
Eucalyptus is known as “Australia’s miracle plant” because of its many health
benefits. Honey from the nectar of wattle and eucalyptus is unique in flavour,
colour and texture and has healing properties not found in other honeys.
